This wonderful apartment on top of one of the Manhattan townhouses overlooking the green backyard looks like it is located in a distance from the bustling city below. The main idea of the project was to create a comfortable modern living space for a family of four. In the design, there is an interesting mix of rough massive finishing materials and simple lines of minimalism. It is worth noting that the functional areas in this apartment are quite flexible: almost every room can be as comfortable as possible for kids games and entertainment, or, if necessary, for parties of parents and their friends.
