Chalet Gstaad in the Alps

Today we want to tell you about a beautiful chalet located in the Swiss Alps, which is a joint project of architects Studios Ardesia Design and Amaldi Neder Architectes. The designers were faced with the task of creating a warm, cozy atmosphere using a natural palette in neutral colors and soft textures such as linen and wool. They also focused on creating clean lines and a sense of unity on 380 sqm of this beautiful house. The walls of the chalet are covered with Australian untreated timber, and the floor is made of Danish spruce boards up to 15 m in length. Furniture is a mixture of modern, traditional objects and eclectic finds from all over Europe. In this residence, we believe, you get the most out of the contemplation of alpine landscapes!
