When FORM studio began to work on the design of this private house outside Kyiv, Ukraine, the project was already ready and the client asked to move within the existing framework. Nevertheless, designers managed to persuade the owner to make some changes in the layout so that the house was as bright and comfortable as possible. The main architectural feature of the project is the rather high ceilings (5-6 m), thanks to which the living room creates a feeling of large and airy space. By the way, thanks to the same ceilings, the authors were able to partially created the improvised second level with a huge dressing room. Excellent modern suburban home!
