Despite its modest size (only 36 sqm), this cool Moscow loft has become a stylish and comfortable home for a young family with a child. Speaking about the area, it would be correct to mention an additional 18 sqm on a mezzanine level, which appeared thanks to the high ceilings (4.2 m) and which housed two sleeping areas – an adult and a kid’s. The design is a mixture of loft elements in a modern American way and pleasant, sometimes even tender cozy details – in this way the owners were looking for a compromise between the preferences of family members.
