Having a small and dark office with an area of 53 sqm on the ground floor, few people think to convert it for housing. But this is exactly what the designers of this apartment in Spain did, and they managed to create a miracle – in place of the cramped and uncomfortable office space a stylish compact apartment with a good layout for one or a couple appeared. The location on the ground floor was turned into an advantage – a cozy terrace appeared and a lot of additional space for relaxing under the sun.
