At first glance, the Auberge de Banne hotel is a rather modest and inconspicuous place for temporary accommodation in one of the small towns near Marseille in the south of France. But just recently, the hotel became famous almost all over the country – one major French director chose it for the filming of his new romantic film with Catherine Deneuve herself in the title role.
