Modest charm of modern Spanish apartment (55 sqm)

When decorating a rental apartment, owners usually need to make the right decision – everyone should like the accommodation, and because of this, faceless and typical apartments come to life. But the designers of the Spanish studio Egue y Seta showed an excellent example of the implementation of a similar task on the example of a small but charming apartment in the city of La Coruna. The owner wanted to fit into a small budget and decorate the interiors with taste, although it is indeed very difficult to satisfy the preferences of each potential tenant. Thanks to the designers, the interiors are bright and modern, even a little amusing – look at least at the walls with bright gradient color and expressive elements of decor. Such a nice rental!
