Today we have a very interesting and stylish home in Montmartre, combining a loft character and retro elements of the first third of the last century. The loft here manifests itself in basic elements, such as a raw brick wall, high wooden ceilings, a mass of metal parts, metal-colored interior items (chandelier, stairs, shelves, doors). Retro sends us to the time when in the cafe of Montmartre sat Van Gogh and Mayakovsky, Matisse and Monet, Manet and Picasso. It seems that they were sitting in these chairs, the features of the furniture of that time were so vividly and subtly conveyed, and the mirrors above the stairs were an easy allusion to the works of Picasso, who was very fond of such geometrically streamlined forms. Light drapery in fresh shades does not aggravate the eyes, only slightly refreshing the general appearance of large spacious rooms, mirrors, and glass visually enhance and lend airiness. Montmartre without a terrace would not be the one, and in this design, it looks as harmoniously as possible. Paris, Montmartre, a huge townhouse and boundless freedom of creativity – that is what personifies this unique home!
