We have to admit that now it is not common to build hotels in the classical sense. Modern hoteliers are increasingly trying to create whole creative spaces that, in addition to “sleeping,” can offer many other social functions. It was the integration of young and progressive travelers into the life of the Australian city of Perth that formed the basis of the concept of the new Alex Hotel. The hotel offers not only to spend the night in one of 72 minimalist stylish rooms, but to become part of one large interesting community where guests can meet, work, relax and, most importantly, experience the city from the inside. And they even have its own park of bicycles for guests!
