This mountain cottage is a continuation of the landscape

If you look at this house in Norway from afar, you can see how great it fits into the surrounding landscape. Like mountains, forest and fields complements it and how it complements them. In the color scheme, rather, on the contrary: the warm in tone interiors contrast with the harsh nature. But the furniture and white walls are a pure continuation of the surrounding world; this is especially noticeable in the photo of the bedroom – the bed is like a continuation of a snowy hill outside the window. Furniture of natural colors and textiles and mustard-colored details like a burning candle fill the house with light and warmth. Very versatile and at the same time minimalist living space!
