When the City Home Collective studio undertook the reconstruction of this once industrial, and today magnificent residential space in the center of Salt Lake City, the task was limited to a simple one – to restore the former industrial look to this loft. The brick building was built in 1925 for a car company, but not so long ago it was converted to a private residence. Designers had to remove or dismantle many of the elements that were left by previous owners in order to emphasize all the original beauty of brickwork and concrete structures of the space. The result is a very stylish home!
