The small scenic area of Maida Vale in the western part of London attracts home buyers very much recently, not least because of its beautiful architecture. The house where this spacious apartment is located was built between 1902-1904, but has recently been carefully and lovingly restored. At the request of the owner, one of the bedrooms was altered into the dining room, combined with the living room, which eventually allowed for a large open-plan space. And one of the adjacent warehouses designers turned into a bathroom. Interior design has become a kind of creative improvisation on the theme of Parisian apartments and Mediterranean homes. The color palette is simple, with a soft white and gray background, diluted with light red and blue accents. Very live space!
