When an apartment design is created for one person with a fairly limited area, then a common open space is perhaps the best option. The area of this stylish apartment in a beautiful historic building in the center of Kyiv, Ukraine, before the renovation was only 35 sqm, but thanks to the high ceilings, it was possible to create the mezzanine level and sleeping area on it, as a result the total area increased to 49 sqm. The design is dominated by elements of the loft style, but it was not without bright accents – the sofa and bar stools are upholstered in beautiful color fabric. Great work!
