Texas is another place on Earth, where New Year eve never sees the snow – weather forecasters promise 24 degrees above zero this year. :) Once snow and sleds are not visible to the people of Houston, all they have to do is show imagination in decorating their own houses, so that at least somehow join the global celebration.
