The owner of this unique historical apartment in Barcelona has very special feelings about her dwelling. She bought this flat 14 years ago, her children raised here and some of the best memories are tied to this place. It was love at first sight: magnificent modernist building in the heart of Barcelona, very high ceiling of 4.5 m, original floor tile, artistic decor – all was grandeur.
