Monaco-born Christophe Poyet and native Parisian Emil Humbert united 10 years ago to create an innovative design studio Humbert & Poyet. Among their first projects were chic restaurants, exhibition halls and private villas in Monaco, but today they are working on a large hotel in Paris, several international restaurants and a big residential complex in Hong Kong.
