Architect Pavel Zheleznov wanted to live only in the center of Moscow to be closer to his parents. Architecture, location, view from the window played a key role in the search, so Pavel has chosen a famous Bolshoi Theater workers house, which was built in 1954 and has a gorgeous facade with magnificent stucco. Inside, however, nothing said about historical greatness and there was no point in leaving anything. Pavel tried to create his own historical architecture and fill the home with things that theoretically could have been left by the former owners. Beautiful design!
