Loft in a former paper factory in New York

When Soren Rose Studio started to renovate this loft in the building of a former paper factory in TriBeCa, it hadn’t been touched for at least 50 years. One of the main advantages of the space was the large windows on three sides that allow rooms to literally bathe in the daylight. The interiors feature the ideal mix of some of the loft style most popular components, such as brick walls, metal structures, wood and marble. Great project!
