Нашего человека комнатами шириной 3 м не напугаешь)). Большинство живет в таких и еще уже (например в хрущебах). Дом замечательный, несколько этажей, хоз этаж, терраса на крыше и еще личный дворик есть. А кругом Нью-Йорк. Красота!
