A few years ago, the future owners of this small Victorian cottage in Essex considered the potential in a beautiful period building, despite a very neglected state. The house was partially inhabited, but most of it was in despair. Falling in love with the beautiful historical look of the cottage, the couple decided to buy it out and make it their permanent residence. Having a modest budget for reconstruction, the owners managed to create a really bright and pleasant dwelling. Enjoy!
