In Santa Barbara, California, there is a beautiful oasis of Mediterranean architecture and landscape, which is very similar to traditional Spanish stone villas. The mansion was built in 1930, but since then the exterior of the house remains untouched. Inside, a big renovation was done recently, but the interiors were also preserved almost unchanged since that time. Few words about the territory – it is huge, buried in greenery, with stone pool and cozy ponds. Amazing place!
