Jennifer and Pat, owners of this stunning home in Berkeley, went to California in search of a new life for themselves and their daughters. Tired of the mad rhythm of Manhattan, they were looking for an old house surrounded by greenery. And they were lucky enough to get the amazing house – a wooden mansion built in 1915. It was in good condition after the previous owner, but the repair still took a year – it was necessary to find vintage furniture of that era and bring the look closer to the 21st century. As a result, now it’s magnificent interiors made of wood with authentic furniture and bright accents. We are sure that the family has never regretted moving to the west coast.
