The owner of this small apartment in Madrid fully enjoys the main advantage of her dwelling – a cozy inner garden, to which she has direct access right from the living room. On the total area of only 46 sqm she managed to create an atmosphere of life outside the city, with a fireplace and huge windows to the floor.
