This small bungalow in California has only 50 sqm of interior space, but the terraces and outdoor areas around the house comprise much larger area. Each room (and there are two of them – a living-kitchen and a bedroom) has a separate entrance through the French windows, as well as its own set of cozy outdoor furniture. Is not it nice to wake up in the morning, go to the terrace and have a cup of coffee in the fresh air, especially since the weather in this part of the United States allows you to do this all year round! Among other things, there is also an “open-air living room”, a place where the owners receive guests and spend most of their time at home. Excellent small home!
