This black and white apartment in Stockholm is unique in many respects, but the most important thing is the “vertical” distribution of space. The total area of the home is 96 sqm, but the rooms are compactly placed on two levels and a small attic (there is a small bedroom). The first and second floors are connected by a beautiful spiral staircase of black metal, which has become the main feature of the interiors.
