The owner of this Portland apartment already started searching for a new home for herself as she didn’t love the design of her dwelling. But once she saw the work of designer Jessica Helgerson with one of her friends, and was so impressed that she decided to give a second chance to her outdated loft. Jessica first of all add to the raw industrial space some softness and subtle features in color scheme and textures. The renovated home turned out to be slightly feminine, but still very expressive and with character. Another great project by talented designer!
