Spacious 16-th century cottage in England

It is hard to believe, but this estate in Suffolk County date back to the 16th century. Of course, over the centuries the house has been rebuilt several times, but some of its elements have indeed been preserved from those times. A converted barn now serves as the main residential building: a huge window adorns the living room, there is the kitchen behind it in a niche, and above, the home office was located. Designers tried to keep the original tiles, bricks and floors as much as possible, but some of them became so dilapidated that they required replacement. Another cottage in the estate is even older – here, for example, they have kept the hearth of two hundred years old and the stove from the 20th century. In addition, the territory has a swimming pool, which, by the way, needs renovation, a tennis resort and beautiful gardens. You will not often meet such an estate: here you will find both heritage and English style and real comfort!
