The British hotel chain The Hoxton has opened its first hotel in the United States. Williamsburg hotel with 175 rooms is located in the building of a factory burned down in 2009 in Brooklyn, New York. Despite the scale, the hotel managed to keep the main thing – English comfort. Designers created home-like cozy interiors for rooms and public areas, mixing different textures, shades and styles. There are undoubtedly industrial notes, but it differs from the traditional New York lofts in a softer performance. Even if you don’t manage to stay at this hotel, it’s definitely worth a look at lunch to admire Manhattan from the rooftop terrace.
