Designer Andrew Flesher beautifully restored this 300-year cottage in New York

For Andrew Flesher the renovation of this old cottage in the state of New York was more than just a regular fixer-upper project. The fact is that the house was built back in 1710 and it was incredibly interesting for the designer to work with such a historical object. When Andrew bought it, the house practically collapsed, but thanks to skillful work and on a relatively small budget, the new owner managed to breathe new life and fill it with classic charm.
