When Maria Makarova began to design this Stalinist apartment of 55 sqm in the heart of Moscow, the housing consisted of three small dark rooms, a tiny kitchen and a cramped uncomfortable corridor. But the designer managed to make a real miracle – now it is a bright and stylish modern home, which looks much more spacious than it actually is. Almost a half of the renovated space is occupied by a bright living room with a colorful decor and a small dining area – all the main events in the life of the owner take place here. What a great project!
