A stylish boutique hotel Bursa recently opened its doors in the Podil district of Kyiv. Two buildings, 100 years old and 200 years old, were thoroughly rebuilt, while retaining the maximum of the original partitions and walls. Architect Slava Balbek who was in charge of the project decided to find a balance between the modern loft aesthetic and the historical heritage of the place. And we think they did a great job. The original brickwork is harmoniously combined with bright walls, minimalist but bright furniture, beautiful tiles and neon signs. At the same time, Bursa is not only a hotel, but also a restaurant, a bar and an art gallery. A great project that marks the friendship between history and the modern look at design!
