The owner of this villa in California spent his childhood in the south of France, surrounded by vineyards and old stone mansions, and wanted his love for old Europe to be reflected in the design of own home. And indeed – the stone exterior in many ways reminds us of the traditional stone houses of famous Provence region. The interior design is more modern, it has notes of American style, although the basis is rather rustic: massive wooden beams, apron tiles, natural colors.
