We are happy that the portfolio of our PH Studio is growing with some interesting new projects.:) A few months ago we posted about the beautiful House with Labradors, and today we would like to share with you one more of our recently completed homes. This is a charming and cozy log cabin, located in the woods next to a small lake near Kyiv, Ukraine. The owners read our blog almost from its very beginning, so when they found out that we are now doing design, they approached us with a request to update the interiors of their cottage. The family decided to move here for the whole summer (and maybe beyond), so they needed a more comfortable and most importantly aesthetic space. Scandinavian notes are easily noticeable in interior design – we were inspired by such lovely Scandinavian wooden cottages, which we often post about on the pages of this site.
The client did not want to make large-scale renovation, we were also limited in time, so it was decided not to change the floor, walls, and ceilings. But we completely changed all the doors in the house, painting them in a beautiful graphite shade – this allowed us to calm and dilute numerous wooden surfaces of different tones. All door and window frames were also decorated in this shade. The kitchen, as well as the rest of the cabinet furniture, was made to order according to our sketches. Интересный тон дерева внутри дома: не избитый янтарный или выбеленный – супер!)) А белая кухня и льняного цвета шторы – такое ощущение, что дом живой и принаряженный, кухня вообще – домик в доме)) Лестница – мечта! И суперское сочетание цвета деревянных стен с цветом шкафов и порталов… правда мне больше английский деревенский стиль напоминает – больше живых, глубоких темных тонов – ура!!! я дождалась ваших новых воплощенных идей)) в целом ощущение, что работали не вымеряя стены рулеткой, а вживаясь в пространство сразу представляли что и как должно выглядеть)) ооооочень понравилось))
