Although this apartment is located in a magnificent 19th-century neoclassical building in Madrid, the previous owners did not much care about preserving the historical characteristics of the housing. As a result of numerous repairs and alterations in the past, the apartment has lost many of its original architectural advantages, such as stucco, wall moldings, antique fireplaces, arches. But the new owners saw the potential in this unique space, and with the help of local designers and artisans, by historical photographs, restored the wonderful atmosphere of those great times. Chic modern furniture in a magnificent classic shell looks very beautiful and elegant. Great design!
