Design with Japanese touches in Melbourne

The designers who worked on the project for this house in Melbourne had to satisfy the international lifestyle of its owners, who wanted their modern home to embody the ideas inherent in Japanese aesthetics: minimalism, calm colors and a craving for nature. The latter is especially true, because there are two whole gardens here – at the entrance and in the backyard. And they are so nice to admire through the large windows. There are also completely traditional things in interiors – a Japanese bathroom and a room for meditation. However, the owners decided not to go deeply to the East, leaving enough space for modern and practical solutions. For example, the marble kitchen turned out to be very impressive. An excellent embodiment of the idea of a mix of cultures within the same space!
