This building built in 1923 in Portland, was commercial for 90 years, and only in 2008 the premises were converted into apartments. A family of four lives in this penthouse, and thanks to the large area, it has enough space for everyone. The owners began with a slight redecoration, but the more rooms were remodeled, the more they got into the excitement. In the process, the couple acquired a neighboring apartment and as a result, a large-scale alteration took 4 years. The main goal was to create a space that would look holistic. The main colors are white and beige, they, by the way, are in perfect harmony with large panoramic windows. It is interesting that there is a private area and a guest area, and, accordingly, two kitchens – a family one and for receiving guests. For small parties, they also designed a terrace where it is so nice to dine in the light of city lights!
