The area of this loft in one of the new residential buildings in Moscow is not larger than some hotel rooms – only 26 sqm, but with few remarks. Firstly, the ceiling height is 4.5 m (the apartment is located in a former factory building), so for the bedroom, the designers created a compact space under the ceiling on the mezzanine level. In addition, for the owner, this is not the main home, but rather a bachelor pad for relaxation and pleasure. Hence, there was no need for a full kitchen, and here it humbly hid under the stairs. In a word, the designer squeezed almost everything he could out of the available space. Let’s take a look!
