Small rental apartment in beautiful colors in the heart of St. Petersburg (56 sqm)

When working on this project, the designers of El Born studio had a clear task: to turn an old one-bedroom apartment in a 150-year-old house in the center of St. Petersburg into interesting and compact rental home with two separate bedrooms and an open living-kitchen room. At the same time, the builders had to complete everything strictly in two months. The replanning was an important first stage of the project as it was necessary to transform the original plan with a tiny bedroom and a huge bathroom into the desired configuration. In addition to functionality, the designers did an excellent job with color – each room has its own unique scheme consisting of beautiful non-trivial shades. Great project!
