Brownstones are New York’s trademark, almost all of them are built on the same principle: a high porch, bay window and a small garden at the entrance. The owners of this townhouse of the late 19th century fell in love with him at first sight and did not wait for a long time with the purchase. The condition of the house turned out to be excellent: stained-glass windows, batteries, built-in sideboards and stucco work were preserved. The owners could only emphasize and ennoble this beauty. Classic elements in the living room complemented by modern furniture and a very interesting picture. And in the magnificent bedroom, they placed a fireplace and a workplace by the window. Ancient elements are so carefully and beautifully preserved in the interiors that it is quite possible to take excursions here. The owners are very lucky to find such a house!
