Townhouse with rustic reused decor and unusual layout in Notting Hill

It seems that this is a house somewhere in the mountains, but in fact – it’s a townhouse in Notting Hill, a famous area of London. The designer decided to give a second life to old wood, vintage furniture and textiles. In the kitchen-living room, there is a hearth, as in medieval homes, and owners dine at a wooden table with a bench. An invisible staircase behind the kitchen leads upstairs to the bedrooms and the bathroom. One of the beds is located right next to the window, and the room has a sink and a small toilet corner – ideal for a guest. The master bedroom has a lot of light and air and a minimum of objects, which is very tunes in a calm mood. In such a small house, however, there was a place not only for a spacious bathroom and laundry, the owners managed to place a shower with a bench – a rare and incredibly convenient solution. Very unusual and fabulous home!
