Although this apartment is in an old 100-year-old building in the heart of Madrid has as many as 9 balconies, the current owners did not like it right away. The fact is that over the past 50 years, housing has not been repaired, and many beautiful architectural features were hidden under a thick layer of plaster. But on the advice of local architects who saw great potential in the space, the family agreed on buying and did not regret it at all. Original ceiling wooden beams and columns, an abundance of windows and balconies, greenery outside the window and in the interiors – this home is not only saturated with history but also warms with its warm and lively atmosphere. Beauty!
