When designer Tatyana Snezhkina started working on the project of this apartment in the center of St. Petersburg, the unit was a typical unattractive communal flat in old housing stock. This was absolutely dissonant with the building itself, which is an architectural monument and a real gem of the city. Therefore, the main task was to remove late Soviet layers from the space and return the beautiful classic look with unique historical details. The restored original stoves in the living room and one of the bedrooms alone are gorgeous!
