Before the space of this small Moscow apartment was less than 30 sqm and in essence it was a typical loft: high ceilings of 3.9 m, concrete vaults, a huge window on almost the entire wall. But the designers of Rubashenka studio did not delve into the industrial style but presented a more chic and elegant design option for such housing. Gold accents are striking, the main among which is a spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine bedroom (thanks to it the total area of the apartment increased to 41 sqm). Besides, everything in this home is modern, elegant, and functionally efficient. Great project for small housing!
