This small house in Sweden with an area of 120 sqm is located in an amazing location – just a couple of steps from the lake. The facade is clad with pine planks, which allows the house to completely merge with the forest. The inner space is divided into two zones – a common one with a kitchen, dining room and living room, and a private one with bedrooms. Almost all rooms face the water and are filled with light as much as possible. The interiors turned out to be simple and minimalist, but this only emphasizes the surrounding beauty and grandeur of nature. A kind of modern version of a summer house in the forest!

Minimum 3 layers of glazing, floor heating, fireplace, sunbathing + very good building insulation all around (incl. ground & roof).
