Modern wooden house with Japanese garden in Sydney

The owner of this Sydney home approached an architecture firm with a request to create a building for his family with beautiful wood finishes, large windows and open spaces. In facade finishing, the designers managed to combine horizontal and vertical laying of wood, as well as to emphasize its beautiful texture. Large windows and balconies helped to lighten the structure of the house and make it more interesting. The interiors were designed in modern style with the use of natural materials – the main task was to provide for different life scenarios in the rooms and not overload the house with furniture and decor. The backyard design was inspired by Japanese gardens – so the large windows offer beautiful views of the neat lawn with an abundance of various plants.
