The past of this premise in the Chelsea area of New York was dark and gloomy – it used to be a cigarette factory. But now it’s a completely different story – the space has been transformed into a bright and comfortable loft for a young family. Pleasant light shades perfectly softened the interiors, in which the designers still retained the characteristic rough features such as brick, concrete, massive wooden columns and beams. A perfect example of the new life for old industrial buildings!
