Designers of this home in Newport Beach, California gave this project the name Modern Farmhouse. And although its location and current appearance do not at all resemble a farm, there is still something from a country style. For example, an abundance of wood, leather furniture, metal inserts, a variety of textiles. They are balanced by marble, brass details and elegant decor – after all, the house is not outside the city, but within the city limits, so it was important to add gloss and sophistication to the interior. Notice how the brown and caramel shades are perfectly combined with the black and white base – a contrasting yet elegant technique. The most magnificent view from the window went to the master’s bedroom: boats, dock, palm trees and beautiful houses – just wonderful!
