This Victorian home in Melbourne had several additions twenty years ago, and the current owners wanted to bring a single style to the interiors, getting rid of outdated solutions. First, the designer rethought the space, dividing it into a parent area, a children’s area and a social space for everyone. It was also important to combine different eras in the project: Victorian style, heritage of the eighties and modern trends. The combination of cool blue shades with bright red, yellow, salmon form the color concept of the home. This palette, combined with accent furniture, prints and varied lighting, has helped create an interesting and versatile design for a modern family!
