Architect’s bright modern home with open interiors and several terraces in Australia

“Calm and warm sophistication” – this is how the Australian architect Madeleine Blanchfield characterizes the design of her house. Simple natural materials and warm shades are combined with refined lines and shapes, while nature outside the window acts as the perfect backdrop. The maximum openness of the interiors, both in terms of layout and the environment, is also captivating – many of the walls here are glass sliding, which made it possible to create several terraces. Wonderful modern family home!

I like the whole house pretty much as it is airy, modern, warm, comfortable at the same time with much natural light & material and has a beautiful garden. The staircase is a masterpiece!
