Marble Island, muted colors and art pieces: beautiful Sydney home

Pamela Makin, the designer of this Sydney home, described the project as ‘a sophisticated European influence.’ And, indeed, the design resembles Italian or Spanish timeless interiors. For the interiors, Pamela chose muted colors and expensive materials. Against the background of white, beige and gray, geometry (arches, portals, stucco molding) and black contrasting furniture played perfectly. Art objects also set their mood: paintings, sculptures and installations are located in every room and have become an integral part of the house. The marble island in the kitchen also looks like art – watercolor strokes on white canvas. Quite unusual and at the same time comfortable and cozy home!
